      Pros

      Steady stream of pretty interesting projects, depending on what office you are in and the group you work with. Lots of freedom and opportunity for someone with a more aggressive or self-promoting personality. International travel opportunities.

      Cons

      Tough place for a young person; few people, if any, will take time to mentor you because they themselves are under tight deadlines. Fend for yourself--can be fun, can be bad. Office politics can be uncomfortable. High turnover. Must be your own advocate, always.
