A Toxic Work Environment with Bullying and Poor Management
Pros
Office location. Funky WeWork building.
Cons
I had the unfortunate experience of working at SRC Infrastructure for three months, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst professional experiences of my career. The management style is nothing short of dysfunctional, marked by micromanagement, a lack of clear direction, and an alarming tendency to foster a toxic culture. The workplace atmosphere is hostile, and it's clear that the leadership does nothing to address or even acknowledge this. Staff members are openly bullied, with senior managers using fear and intimidation as tools to keep people in line. People are constantly on edge, scared to voice opinions or raise concerns for fear of retaliation and humiliation. It's not just a bad day here or there—it’s systemic, and it creates an extremely toxic work environment. The turnover rate is shockingly high, and it's no surprise. I saw a constant stream of employees walking out the door (oh they were not performing (lie)anyway, that’s the constant outlook to people leaving) , with no effort from management to understand or fix the root cause. Everyone is replaceable in their eyes, and there is zero value placed on employee well-being or morale. If you're considering a role at SRC Infrastructure, especially in management or delivery, think twice. No job is worth this level of stress and anxiety. It’s an environment where you'll be bullied, underappreciated, and set up to fail. Stay far away.
