      A workplace of bullying and fear tactics.

      Pros

      Clean working environment and quarterly profit sharing. Very good training, and forward thinking company. Opportunities for school leavers with apprenticeship scheme. Subsidised canteen, secure on site parking.

      Cons

      Bullying and fear tactics. No work at start of the quarter, then expected to live in work to achieve targets. No room for progression.

      Bad Management, lazy managers, lazy staff, forced role switching. Bad people in general are in management here.

      Worked with a good team, interesting role

      Cons

      Bad management, will swap your role within the company without question. Does not care about morals, allows departments to slack off whilst others basically o the roles for them. Was willing to hire someone else to do a role i managed to do for an hour once a week, but wouldn't take someone else on for a role i was being forced into after 3 months of working there. Blackmailed me to say if i didn't that i would definitely be let go in 9 months even though i showed a lot of promise.
