A general attitude of near psychotic hostility, antagonism and extreme condescension displayed by the owner/owners of this company towards regular employees on a constant basis. Absolutely lacking in any sort of PR skills whatsoever. This is not the way to do business or treat people. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Stay far away.

Smaller family company, no corporate nonsense to worry about. Weekly paychecks, company parties and appreciation days! Flexible scheduling at least for my position. Loved the people I worked with.

Benefits are okay, but not the best. No paid maternity leave. Middle managers changed a bit but heard that it’s been fairly consistent lately.
