      Pros

      Weekends off. No micro management Good branch manager(Houston Tx)

      Cons

      Horrible benefits. 401k after a year. 2 sick days a year 3 days paid if you get covid Unless you work in dallas or denver you will jot be cared for. No opporunity to move up in Houston. They will sell you movement based on a future branch in north houston. This has been an idea for over 20 years. Company technology is from 1980s. New system coming next year( they say this every year). Runs super lean. 3 people run credit department for all 30+ stores.

      Great staff many have been there most of their lives.

      Cons

      Very poor management. On my first trip to corporate, I asked an older employee what he thought of the company. His response left me scratching my head. But after working there it’s simple to figure out. He said “ Have you ever seen a kid that was walked to third base acting like he hit a triple?” Possible the only thing that makes sense after working there.

      If get to work in Memphis as a warehouse worker get ready to work because the other people there will not help you at they say they will but they but they don't, The manager is a joke doesn't know how to treat people . They play favorites beware you will be doing everything from cutgrass, pulling weeds racking leaves pick trash and pulling all the orders while everybody sets around and watches you and doesn't offer no help
