My experience with this company was very disappointing. While I was hired as a permanent employee during a project stage, once the project was completed, management began assigning tasks outside of my actual scope of work and later used this as a reason to pressure staff to resign indirectly.
The management practices are poor, with inconsistent treatment between employees. There is noticeable double standard in how mistakes are handled—some staff are overlooked while others are unfairly targeted.
On top of that, the employee turnover is very high, as many staff resign due to these issues, leading to continuous hiring and replacements.
Overall, the company lacks professionalism and fairness in managing its people. I would not recommend this workplace to experienced professionals who value stability, respect, and proper management practices.
