Too many to list. Nepotism runs rampant. Dishonest, unqualified plant superintendent. Cherry-picking of policies to enforce and who'll be subjected to those policies. Disorganization. Pounds before safety. Low employee morale, high turnover. Poor training program. Poor MOC policy. Poor safety management.

Good salary - decent benefits - individuals allowed to come up with their own solutions

Cons

No room for growth, lack of appreciation - while they state that employees are their greatest asset, we are all just another number - there is no long term career satisfaction - once you are good at something, you stay doing that - if you like challenges, ignore this place -it's their way or the highway
