This company is being ruined by one bad executive decision after another. Execs have alienated Canadian staff by consistently implying that they can get better talent in Seattle, but have failed to establish a viable Seattle office while throwing great Canadian talent away. Moral is low and most people are just waiting for another round of layoffs as the company bleeds through operating expenses, while the execs have paid themselves large bonuses after 3 of the worst years on record. If you are a Canadian looking to apply, don't bother, the CEO does not' consider Canadians a top source of talent and has systematically closed and laid off a large amount of Canadian staff to support their failing Seattle office.

Management has no respect for employees, no integrity toward partners, and cares only for themselves. Egos run rampant. Dog eat dog environment. Management doesn't looks at one's redeeming qualities, but only tear you apart if it's not their way. They don't care enough to understand why something is the way it is. Firings are common. Don't be fooled when they say lay-off, they really want you out, out out...and now. Your turn might be right around the corner but you'll be blindsided and left cursing your poor choice to go there in the first place.
