Pros

- Office nearby MRT station, convenient - Amenities around - Some team members are helpful - Able to do self learning and train our own EQ

Cons

- Political environment, very poor management. - Poor communication between each teams or departments, - Exist a very rude team lead who always think he very pro and always correct. A toxic in organisation. - Team lead above has very serious ego issue. Even he is wrong, he won’t admit it. No point to argue with him, he will always say until he is correct you are wrong, even he will use his position to threaten. He will also backstab/sabo his team members if the team members do not obey his orders. DON’T trust his words!! Worst team lead I have ever met in my entire working life!! - Managers always think issues are not within themselves to cover their own sssss. - A lot of twisted words between managers and team members, can’t trust the words of any managers here. - Favourism is very obvious. - Expected to know everything without any proper guidelines or training. - Negative environment and culture. - High turnover rate.

Pros

- Near MRT station - Great Food - Nice and friendly colleagues - Nice colleagues would help if you ask - You are allowed to wear smart casual for all working days - Flexible lunch time - Made a group of nice friends, able to get along with everyone well but just that the manager have serious anger management issues

Cons

- No well-defined job scope(if no one is willing to take on the job responsibilities, be prepared to take on what ever that was given and you cannot say no. ) - You are not allowed to provide any feedback or opinions. Never ever make your stand against the manager as your actions or remarks will always be deemed as betrayal or disrespectful. - NO OT pay. Even though during the interview, they said that you can take time off for unpaid OT time but it's never true. You will be reprimanded or deem as lazy and irresponsible workers if you take time off. - The higher management allowed this manager to shout at her employees like some barbarian when you are unable to meet her unrealistic expectations. In event of crisis, she spent the time on pin-pointing her subordinates and pushing the blame to them rather than protecting them.

Pros

Made a few good friends there! If you have a great clique for lunch.

Cons

Scenario: They allow this particular employee to shout at other employees due to his poor EQ, even to the management. But he is still given a promotion. Further enabling him to have more authority to abuse. Nobody understand how can a personnel with such poor EQ deserved to have this promotion. Many staffs feedback to the management, but the management are still living in denial and continue condoning his actions. There are little to no teamwork, even though during the interview they emphasize on it. Not practicing what they preach. Everyone/teams is working by themselves covering their own benefits. Timeline paramount everything else. They don't emphasize about quality, just over commit and under deliver. The management fails to identify and retain talent, causing more and more good employee leaving. Being employed with good skills and knowledge is useless. All and all, they do not appreciate technically inclined employees who actually get work done and deliver. I like the CEO as a person but the management did not give real ground feedback to the CEO and always facade the situation. A CEO with no real feedback (everything is always fine!) will usually have many hidden issues within the company. I may sound like a disgruntled employee, but the sheer number of turnovers for this year should speak for itself.
