      . Super chill environment - good if you work hard without needing someone breathing down your neck. . Friendly people . Annual bonus, paid vacation, very generous insurance - extended to immediate family . Several company events - for learning and for interaction . Each department gets a Christmas budget to go for dinner or see a show together . Free food and coffee . Excellent office

      Cons

      . Super chill environment - too many people slacking. . Low base salary . Same middle management for decades . Hard (or impossible) to make changes within . Highly bureocratic

      Friendly and family environment Flexible with compensations and absences No requirement for extra hours unless you want to do it Does not have an environment of constant pressure

      Communication issues and incertain cases the employee apraisal fails to indicate what needs to be change and developed Ran as if it is a family company with few employees Lack of career development Does not invest in real certificates for employee's training All decisions have to go through the Administration and takes a lot of time Resistance to change and modernization

      Environment and people There's not much pressure No extra hours (unless you want to do them) Very flexible for compensations and absences

      Decision transparency Career progression is non-existent All decisions must pass by Administration, which make things advance very slowly in the company Ran as if it was a 10 person company Dead weights in the company will always be there Many Leads don't have the competence to be leads. They just there to prove a raise
