      Pretty good insurance coverage plan.

      Cons

      Easily the worst job I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Micromanaging is an understatement when it comes to the owner. Low compensation and high expectations. Lots of politics and a toxic working environment.

      Management / Owner is very knowledgeable and trains and empower employees to engage in discussion and find solutions to issues. Overall great place to work and grow.

      lack of mid management - owner is much too hands on:-)
