      Pros

      They will randomly give gift cards for good attendance, or going above and beyond.

      Cons

      Multiple people are hired being informed it’s a hybrid position after 90 days. Read the contract before you sign it. I promise in the “contract “ there is no mention of being hybrid. There is an offer of $500 if you have perfect audits for 3 months. However the first two months will be perfect and the third month they will find everything they can to make sure you aren’t eligible. Constant gaslighting. Prejudice against young people. Too focused on sounding like AI instead of engaging with members. Management will absolutely refuse to speak with members with escalated issues.

      NONE. Don’t work here. Not worth it. Not worth bringing home bugs

      Cons

      They will not take care of any bug problem stating that since there is only one and they spray monthly. No proof of fixing this, this causes worry on the employees side of bringing these pests home
