More than a "bit stuck" as the other reviewer stated. Behind the times in all areas. They just got an upgraded computer system from one they've used since 1994. And IT was promoted before that ?? They did just recently allow jeans, it is a manufacturing co! The management never seems to be there, including for learning the new system. Lack of flexible hours for anyone. Good luck to you if you have a child in daycare or sports. The first thing you hear when you start is, don't tell HR anything, the gossip begins there. They are not welcoming in the least to new employees.
