Solid years of overtime work. Impossible projects. Very bad organisation. Low salaries. Horrid management. Avoiding all responsibility. Management mistakes are reverted onto workers.

10% of the people does 90% of the work... Very top heavy, most of the managers are useless… usually just worried about saying how good they are…
