      Pros

      - Operations Performance has come a long way and is making all the right strides. Processes have been streamlined and automated - Culture has been great, strong team chemistry with like minded individuals - Department outings are a strong plus, allowing for relationship building and a nice reward for the hard work - Hours are on the lower end 8:30 to 6 on average which allow for a great work life balance

      - Siloed product exposure, which shows Shenkman is in a good niche but limits exposure

      I eventually got to leave.

      Cons

      I was thoroughly mistreated here. This place is full of backstabbing and office politicking and brown nosing, all of which comes from the top. It's dysfunctional. People either stay for their whole career or wise up after short time and get out.
