Benefits keep getting reduced, no pay raises for years. Keep buying companies that don't fit with the core business, that aren't doing well and that's dragging the corp. down. People overworked, quality is suffering. The VP doesn't even say "hello" when passing you in the hall, if and when he's in the plant. Got rid of a lot of the longtime knowledgeable people by buyouts and layoffs and thats hurt the direction of the company.

Upper management is clueless as to how low employee morale is. Raises are non-existent (for many years in a row), the company is laying off critical employees left and right, they pride themselves on “”lean manufacturing” but what that means is they work their employees to the bone because they don’t want to hire anyone or spend more than that have to. There is NO cross function between sales and production. There is no management training, no communication, no forward thinking, no steps to fix what’s broken, just adding on extraneous steps and processes that don’t make sense to the customer.
