      Was an interesting experience; hope the liferaft stays afloat for those that remain.

      Pros

      Very smart team members. Comfortable work/life balance, even with on-call.

      Cons

      Stayed too focused on pleasing one potential customer who just moved milestones/goalposts on the company. Arrived at deciding to branch into apps far too late in the development cycle. Lots of double-speak from certain mgmt. types (saying one thing to one group, and something else to another).

      It was a long ride and I was sad to see it end.

      Pros

      Work was constant and challenging. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with and management treated the employees incredibly well. I have never been at a job where I had seen zero conflict with anybody and everybody. Open schedule and work from home was allowed.

      Cons

      The company is short sighted in business decisions. there were plenty of opportunities where the company could capitalize on the products being developed. The Board instead kept putting all of their eggs in one basket. This is a major fault and could cause the end of this company

      - Interesting technical challenges - Good place to extend own technical background and get experience

      Cons

      - Bad product management decisions made often - Decisions are made on a "gut feeling" rather than systematic analysis of data and customer requirements/needs - Hence they may change overnight
