Pros

Besides my pay rate of 21.00 an hour not much.

Cons

Hours were cut before Thanksgiving. Paid every other week. Expensive health insurance. Certification is hard to obtain as a driver since they have no seniority system. Guy off the street can be hired in and certified before someone who has been there. Trainers are never around and training is a joke since it rarely occurs. I really hope this company can retain their customers but making 400.00 a week average and them deviating from what we had stated in the interview due to managment changes. Also there is nothing like a company telling you we are one team and you go to Wheeling, IL and they refer to you as a driver from the company they bought out.

Thanks for the review. It was nice to read your feedback on our company and I do have a few responses for you. Pay is bi-weekly, but we do pay hourly for all hours worked which is better than most other Transportation companies. Health Insurance cost is less than market average and we do offer discounts on the premium for those who are non-tobacco users as well as participation in our Wellness Program. If you take advantage of these discounts, it can save up to $70 bi-weekly! Training depends on the person and the qualifications they posses when they join our team. It is possible to get fully trained before someone else especially if they already have experience with that type of equipment. I strongly encourage you to talk with your supervisor about your concerns. Again, this is good feedback and concerns we could have resolved before you resigned. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

The people I have met

Cons

Poor management. Experience means nothing in the office. No matching 401k. Holiday schedule means you’ll be working the day after thanksgiving. I feel like a number not a team member

Pros

Friendly coworkers, decent hours and get to travel.

Cons

New equipment is rare and equipment that is working was being held on by rachet straps and hope. If this company spent more time taking care of its employees rather than constantly buying companies, maybe people would stop leaving. Everything is falling apart, upper management cares more about getting a buck then safety and no one keeps their word.
