There is nothing of value here. Any hope of a positive experience is wasted.

Cons

The CEO is cruelly egotistical, making every decision based on self-importance rather than sense or strategy. This arrogance creates endless chaos and destroys any chance of a functional workplace. The leadership’s poor judgment and inflated ego have ruined morale and made every day unbearable.
