Pros

Work with the singer songwriter creative communities and understanding the licensing aspects for broadcasters and new media. I love all music genres.

Cons

Senior management does not care about employees advancement and wellbeing. Below industry salaries. Very low moral environment. Favoritism toward certain employees.

Pros

-good benefits -nice office space -Occasional fun events in office

Cons

-HR & the top dogs could care less about the little people -All they care about is the money and not the happiness of their employees -unless you're a manager or a top dog in the company you basically are doing mindless work that the top people don't want to do. I never felt like I was advancing in this company even though I worked hard every day.

Pros

The people were great and we had a fun time when I first started, and we had killer benefits which made up for the crappy pay.

Cons

After a couple of acquisitions it became more and more about the bottom line and less about the people and the culture. The pay is below industry standard, the benefits got slashed, and they're doing nothing around market data to make ensure pay is fair. Career growth paths are non existent. You go - do your job - don't ask questions or try to make things better - and you get to keep your job. There are rarely promotions from within and the departments are very segregated. Teams barely talk to each other outside of their own teams. Individual contributors are stretched very thin while upper management doesn't appear to understand their day to day jobs.
