Cons
- Some people in management have poor people skills - Management is not transparent with their decisions - Some of the team clearly overworked, under-appreciated and unhappy - Not a strong sense of team

+Relatively small team, very collaborative and open +Lots of flexibility and freedom in what you do and how you do it +interesting challenges to solve +International development focus means some of the nicest clients and team members +Good middle ground between fast paced management consulting and 'slow'er life in public sector/ international orgs with relatively better pay
Cons
-as a consultant, limited support systems beyond your immediate team (e.g. graphics, research support etc.) -not your average 9 to 5, though not quite mbb madness
