      Department staff are very friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Senior management, VP's are a disaster team - there is no A team here.. It is apparent that they all have their own agendas and only work together if that furthers the agenda. Constant passive aggression with intent to stab people in the back with a constant smile while doing so
