Good entry level cybersecurity job to get your foot in the door for IT/Cybersecurity. Schedule very flexible as you work 3 days on 4 days off one week and 4 days off 3 days on the next week. Team very small, so everyone knew each other and got along very well.
Cons
Tasks can be mundane and boring at times as you are doing the same thing everyday which is monitoring networks. Pay is low compared to industry standards.
The company is constantly growing and possibility of advancement is great!! They have a great work culture, work life balance. The management is involved, helpful and always open to new ideas, suggestions. Your ideas and hard work is appreciated. Great mentors!!! The benefits are fantastic as well. In a nutshell, great place to work!!!
