Pros
Direct line of communication to top level. Many remote work opportunities and flexibly to move and still work. The owner is very involved in many aspects of the business to ensure success, but also gives employees the ability to independently do the jobs they are hired for and only steps in when needed. The benefits are very comparable to many small business in industry, the 401K plan provides matching and bonuses/awards are given out to employees when earned. You feel appreciated at this company and it makes the employees want to go above and beyond expectations.
