      The place is a revolving door. Be careful. I have seen management dismiss some great talent for no apparent reason.

While data points to considerable tenure both in our corporate office and branch office locations, we have made considerable strides to increase employee engagement and solicit even more employee feedback over the past 12 months.       Pros

      I get to work on a vast variety of projects and am constantly learning new things. My co-workers are extremely intelligent and motivated, and are an incredible wealth of knowledge. I have a lot of independence to accomplish tasks in the manner I see fit. Compensation is very good.

      Cons

      The organizational structure is very flat, so although there is opportunity for increased compensation, there are few opportunities for promotion. The work schedule can be very demanding.

      Pros

      S-E-A puts an insane amount of time and effort into the training program, you can see the results in real time. Lots of very intelligent people who are open to collaboration. Once you are up and running, as long as you get your work done well and on time, you can manage your clients and your workload in almost any way that you like.

      Cons

      For younger/less experienced technical staff, patience is required. A lot of the benefits of the position can't be felt until you are fully busy with client work, which can take years.
