      Pros

      I enjoyed working with talented developers on a variety of enterprise applications. There was plenty of ownership, and leadership trusted engineers to make technical decisions. Collaboration between development and QA teams was smooth, which made delivering quality software much easier.

      Cons

      The company continues to grow, so some internal processes are still evolving. It's a good opportunity to contribute ideas for improvement.
