1. Excellent work life balance, flexible hours and respect for personal time, have some incidents where overtime was required. But it's not frequent. 2. Low stress and supportive culture, friendly team environment with approachable management

Cons

1. From last two years the annual raises are modest and not aligned with market standards. 2. Limited exposure to modern technologies.
