Worst company culture I've ever seen. The owners of the company are terrible, mean, mean people. They don't care about anything except money, especially not their employees. They act like it's a cool start-up vibe but they mandate lunch time, working hours are from 8 am - 5pm no excuses, if you are even 5 minutes late you have to text the office manager, they buy themselves lunch with company money all the time but they have never ever bought any employees lunch. They yell all the time, it's the most hostile environment. Turn over here is high. I would say go anywhere else.

The owners micro manage everything. They change process weekly, change goals sometimes multiple times per day, there is no cohesion whatsoever, the office is utter chaos with no real direction, and when everything falls apart because of the absolutely laughable management they will blame you. You will be asked to work overtime weekly but not be compensated. If you try to take time off you will be berated and belittled. You will be promised bonuses you will never see.
