Pros

1- Nice mission 2- A paycheck

Cons

1- Welcome to prison at SBA headquarters: Managers give BAD performance rating to GOOD employees and at the same time, managers do everything they can to prevent staff from getting a batter job somewhere else (because managers need to keep the good employees, but treat staff poorly). 2- Very bad management, in all meanings, all over DC headquarters. 3- Toxic work environment. SBA has been repeatedly ranked TOP AGENCY FOR POOR MORALE 4- Work hard and get poor performance rating, even though you can prove your hard work. 5- Management verbal abuse- Several envious managers that love to put staff down because they are very envious (a very good example, of many examples, managers do not even hold a masters degree and are envious of staff with masters degree from nice schools). Also, do not even dare to say that you do not have student debt! 6-Very old computers that prevent efficiency. 7-Everybody is unhappy, everybody is desperate to leave due to bad managers.
