I acknowledge your comments regarding your time at SBA. Although our company has been around for many years, two of SBA's goals is to provide more training and to be more innovative, using up-to-date data and proven methods. To achieve that, team members need to feel they are understood, which unfortunately was not your experience. However, you express your concerns with a negative, critical tone that does not ideally lend itself to resolving issues. The challenges you faced with management are not a fair and objective assessment of our company, as many team members have very positive experiences.
