      Pros

      After being alienated, bullied and harrassed out my job, I can't find anything positive about CPMP (St. James NY).

      Cons

      Because I didn't spend my days placating the leader of the department's ego, I was alienated, bullied and harassed until I had no choice but to leave. With the help of an assistant the leader retaliated against me for going to Human Resources and giving my name. Once it was known that I went, they bullied on me on a daily basis. Other staff members were encouraged and rewarded if they went along with the bullying. If you did personal favors for this leader, you got rewarded with promotions, raises and time off. This is not a psychologically safe environment to work in.

      There is nothing positive about this company

      Horrible upper management. HR doesn’t listen to or follow up on complaints. Management is allowed to create a hostile work environment, bully their employees, play favorites with employees, pay favorite employees to do their personal business on company time and make the environment so miserable that there is no choice but to escape. This has happened at least 6 times in the past 3 years. HR was notified each time and chose to ignore everything. Avoid the St. James offices AT ALL COSTS!!!!

      Pros

      If you are friends with the "manager" you will get promoted even with no experience.

      Cons

      7 people reported one "manager" to HR and absolutely nothing was done. The 7 people resigned mostly due to the "manager" forcing them to with daily abuse.
