      It a decent starting pay,, and it’s union

      The people tht they hire give the company a bad rep, there fore the company is bad bad people hire bad people …/ this place needs a whole new management and employee staff to be anything close to normal

      Pros

      Because the company has a revolving door of employees, anyone who shows any sort of reliability is essentially guaranteed job security. Benefits or average.

      Cons

      The management within the two major departments; sales and finance, lack greatly in accountability and leadership. The finance department is a circus lead by clowns who feel that they are too intelligent to effectively communicate. When hired, you are essentially thrown into a maze of figuring out how to work your system. The workload is unmanageable for a department of 7-9 people. Rather than make adjustments, managers and directors will take on additional burdens. This is problematic because there is only so much that one person can and should be responsible for within a work day. The daily shift is usually from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
