Manipulative and lying management. False promise of a "bonus". Senior management does not value the employees and the hard work put forth. Company will step on engineers to make a quick buck. Every employee is replaceable.
The training is poorly conducted and not communicated well. HR does not notify the employees of any changes and updates made to company procedures.
HR department needs improvement. The company HR associate needs to improve her communication skills. Always talk down to the engineers leaving a feeling of worthlessness. Engineers make money for the company, show them respect!!
Extremely long work day (12 hours) - management says the long hours and accumulated overtime will be taken into consideration when its time to receive a "bonus". Fun fact - there is no bonus (found out the hard way).
