6 days working, 9 h rigorous work. Too much of office politics. No proper hierarchy. Low pay, very poor or no appraisal. No growth prospect. Orthodox, narrow minded people. Kiddish hr activities.

Great Company Culture and Career Growth Opportunities

I have been working at my company for over 1.5 years now, and I have found the company culture to be open, positive and encouraging. The management team is supportive, and there is a good emphasis on work-life balance. Additionally, the company provides various career growth opportunities and scholarship programmes to learn and excel.

Cons

I cannot think of any major cons of working for this company. Occasionally, there can be a high workload. Overall, my experience has been great, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive work environment with career growth opportunities.
