      Flexible Hours, Autonomy, Free fruit and coffee, Home Office, New Skill development within your role, No hierarchy

      Cons

      Still trying to build a career path for all the company staff Salary is fair but it should take into account more variables, not only seniority Some leaders should be more open to failure within their team members

      I cant really get one real disadvantage, just bcs i have to fill this field i would tell that would be nice to have more space within the working places
