Pros

- Good people from multiple disciplines and backgrounds. - Interesting clients - Vibrant culture

Cons

- Focus on AI gains means hiring freezes and RIF processes that erode morale - New performance grading done to budget by senior managers before reviews which has annoyed a lot of people. - Benefits good in theory but hard to take when people are double or triple hatting.
