      Pros

      This is my first organization as an employee or I can say the only organization that accepted me as a fresher with zero experience and trained me in It field and now I can proudly say I am an HR Consultant for SMSS. I have found such a hard-working team who made me part of their family. I am really grateful for this opportunity.

      Cons

      One disadvantage I feel is I couldn't meet my colleagues or have a face-to-face conversation due to the pandemic. I feel it's best to have such team meetings to develop personal relations and this is difficult in such a situation. Other than this, honestly, I couldn't find any disadvantage to being a part of this Organization.
