      Pros

      Supportive management in terms of work balance.

      Cons

      Salary low. Very high turn over of staff. Management displays inexperience. Delays in processing administration because all operations driven from melbourne. Sydney melbourne thing prevalent and politics in that capacity as well as in workplace in general.

      Pros

      Going home everyday was the only real pro that I can think of. Occasionally the bathrooms were clean.

      Cons

      I didn't like anything about this company. I found the management rude and arrogant. I found the attitude towards customers absolutely disgusting. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

      Pros

      Okay IT equipment provided. Uniform provided. Chips on a Friday, after 5pm. 10 Days sick leave.

      Cons

      Zero recognition unless you are in the Sales, or Project Management. Not a flexible workplace at all. Poor facilities, kitchen, lunchroom and toilets, not to mention meeting rooms and staff desks. Power continually going off and server shutting down. Salary reviews are non existent, as was ongoing performance coaching. No staff progression, only sideways. Most staff not accountable for their own mistakes. No on-site parking.
