The company used to be more about their employees and as a result the company did well, but once the new CEO took over it all became about profit and dollars. It unfortunately became a competition among principals and senior associates and much less about the rest of the employees. By the end of my stay at this firm there weren't any raises, bonus or 401k matching because they have to fund the retirement of the senior principals. It became a cut throat corporation when it used to be such a nice, warm firm.
