The crew was awesome! They did everything that was asked of them. But the higher ups had no clue how to run a restaurant...cheap tacos,cheap service

Cons

Used the same cutting boards to cut raw chicken,as they did to cut fresh vegetables....and was told by management to correct it,but they didn’t want to spend the extra $8.00

One meal every shift Simple jobs like clearing off tables, wiping down equipment, refilling chips and supplies, wiping down trays Flexible hours, and in case of changes all you need to do it get your shift covered by another employee... no harm no foul Friendly people to work with Management will recognize hard work

Never rewarded for hard work Very strict on managing overtime Employees never included in decision making No feedback on how well you are working High turnover

- Management is terrible - Lack of accountability on paying tips to workers - Owners do not know how to run a restaurant and rely on underpaid staff members to run the place without training
