      RTO, offshoring Jobs, movement internally is difficult. Pay/benefits are average vs. what other employers offer. Operational friction created with outsourcing.

      People are great, good work life balance and benefits. Lots of events to network and meet other teams. good amount of internal movement

      Cons

      The pay is low. Bonuses are low to non. hard to get promotion or raise due to "budget". lots of outsourcing to India as of lately. decreasing US jobs
