Culture change is driving growth

Pros

I recently came across a post discussing the pros and cons of working here, and I wanted to add my perspective. If you're part of a team with a chill atmosphere, flexible working, and friendly managers, those are definitely great perks. However, it’s important to recognize that if you're looking for salary growth and rapid career advancement, those might not come easily unless you're willing to put in the work. While the place itself can feel laid-back, real growth tends to happen when you're putting in the effort — but it’s demanding. The relaxed vibe doesn’t necessarily lead to quick promotions, higher pay, or recognition. If you prioritize flexibility and an stress-free environment, you might need to adjust your expectations around career progression and compensation. But this is common in our industry and outside it. Ultimately, it’s about balancing what you're looking for in your work life: flexibility and a chill atmosphere may come with slower career growth and lower pay.

Cons

Senior Management needs to prioritize better.
