Pros

There is a company Christmas party

Cons

Client services was a very stressful job because the sales team didn't portray themselves as a 3rd party concierge company. When clients booked nonrefundable tickets at a 1.34 mark up and went to the actual faciltiy and saw they could have got their tickets for cheaper they often called for refunds. Since their contract states refunds aren't given unless for special circumstances we often had to deal with angry customers.

Pros

My manager (Denora) was a good manager but the company overall was horrible.

Cons

Rush cube is a 3rd party adventure company which acts as a concierge service for adventure activities. They charge a mark up that customers don’t know about until they get to the facility. Then feeling ripped off they call asking for a refund which customer service has to deal with. Then they fired me for not offering a customer (who wanted a refund) an upgrade.
