      Great team. Good pay. Really interesting work. Fully remote work. High trust. Very flexible.

      When I left they'd been through a lot of change and were setting themselves up for future success.

      Pros

      High trust environment. Fully flexible working. People centred organisation. It's incredible how they look after their team. 32 hour work week, but paid for 40 hours. Fully remote team, work from home.

      Cons

      Haven't found any yet! Timezones across the international teams can take some thinking about but it's manageable.
