Rue Insurance Response

The apprentice position was designed as a rotation and the constant change is inevitable. Fortunately, at the end of the rotation, permanent positions are assigned based on employee preference and company need. Although change in organizations is a constant, there is more of an opportunity to truly develop a comfort level overall in the assigned role.

Cons

As with many office-based roles, it's essential to be aware that some positions may involve extended periods of sitting and working on a computer. This could be a potential downside for many physically active individuals, however, it is necessary for certain teams to be successful.
