      Greetings, former employee We sorry that you had to deal with these problems. However, a new team and setup have taken the place of the middle management team now. The current management is focused on working as a team and encouraging shared progress.

      Pros

      The CEO and COO are very polite and accommodating. The company occasional throws party's which are fun. If you are a fresher then it's an ok place to start.

      Cons

      A tone of office politics. You don't get any career growth after a certain point. Middle Management is unprofessional and unmotivated and expects you to work after hours, which can mess up your work-life balance and mental health.
