Your friends will be jealous that you work in the powersports industry, aka with atv's, snowmobiles, dirtbikes, etc

Cons

They search you everyday before you leave The employee discount is only 20% Compensation is very low They try to do everything in-house (such as catalog, website, etc) and they suck at it They'll demand you work a ton of OT during events and the holidays

Fun place due to customers loving motor bikes and to talk about them all day jobs easy

Cons

head office in Guelph is full of morons, they are single handedly running the company into the ground and each one thinks there some sort of MBA hot shot when they aren't even competent enough to manage a small string of stores. They give 0 cares about employees or employee retention, promote awful managers and over look there best employees. The company is an orgy of nepotism.
