      Restructuring and transformation programme handled woefully. Got out and should have done it ages ago, many doing same.

      Caring colleagues and good work life balance.

      Cons

      Very little communication from senior levels or comms tend to be very 'tone deaf' and don't reflect the truth. People kept in the dark with no idea what was happening through restructure. Roles and promotions awarded on popularity basis. No transparency. The best people for the job usually don't get it. You have to be a white man over 50 to even get a look in. Put me off working in construction ever again, moved to a different industry now.

      Pros

      Some nice work colleagues, pays the bills.

      Cons

      Repetitive work. Poor uncaring manager and superviser, bullying in the workplace going on and causing a high staff turn over. Reported but weak managers don't care. No way to take issue hogher as we have no way to contact anybody else within the company. Looking to get another job.

      Some projects with a good BIM implementation. Large projects.

      Cons

      Computers were old, slow and ineffective. Very little management or support.
