Pros
The location and the mission of this camp are both amazing. The volunteer and fundraising efforts are incredible. The campers and families are truly inspirational and take much away from their stays here.
Cons
The management needs to be rebuilt from the top down. The turnover of full time year round employee's is truly sad. When they get qualified professionals they have no idea how to retain them. There is no accountability or understanding of how finance and operation's should be managed. If you recommend change you will become an outcast. Business 101 for most of the management would be very helpful.
