      1. on time salary. 2. senior management guide and supportive. 3. HR very good support and take care workers 4. good EPC learning opportunity. 5. good and flexible Trasport facility for all staffs. Management is willing to listen of the feedback, suggestion and any improvement in relation with HR matters.

      company located Tuas south Ave 8 very far from city, However, company have provided transport facility for all at common convenient few locations

      Rotating Offshore Solutions is a great place to work! I’ve had the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop my skills through challenging projects. The teamwork between colleagues is outstanding, and the environment is very supportive and friendly. Management is approachable, and there’s a strong culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. It’s truly a company where you feel valued, respected, and motivated to grow. I’m proud to be part of this team and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rewarding and professional workplace

      Pros

      Good place for learning Good environment for working. Flexible time for working. Hard works always rewarded. Very supportive management. Overall great place to work.

      Cons

      Office is far away from city but transport is provided when ever needed. Sometimes they drop us in home.
